Colin Dunn’s encyclopedic knowledge of the whisky world will inform and entertain diners at this special meal featuring an arrival cocktail with canapes, a stunning 3-course meal plus coffee and petit fours to follow. Of course, the star of the show will be eight drams selected by Colin from Diageo’s enviable portfolio of 100 whiskies.

The company’s brands include the legendary Johnny Walker range, The Singleton (a fabulous combination of Glendullan, Dufftown and Glen Ord single malts) and powerfully peaty Lagavulin from the island if Islay.
The talented kitchen team at the Melody Restaurant at St Paul’s Hotel have created a stellar menu to accompany the whisky selection (see below) in collaboration with their respected resident whisky specialist Joel Luumi.

Colin will be offering an entertaining and informative guide to the whiskies, drawing upon his 35 years of experience working in the spirits industry and representing Diageo since 2008. His career includes multi-country experience of hosting whisky tastings, masterclasses, dinners, distillery tours and training sessions to the hospitality trade.
