This fine rum comes from the Far Shore Merchants on the Isle of Man who have recently launched a range of artisanal, small-batch products reflecting their passion for quality and sustainability. Peggy is made by The Cornish Distilling Company which creates rum from scratch, fermenting molasses at its distillery just outside Bude. The result is a delicious rum that impressively combines the flavour of dark chocolate, molasses and coffee. It is infused with oak, caramel and a hint of liquorice and marzipan on the finish. This artisanal rum is presented in an attractive embossed hessian sack.

This small but perfect gift is made from white truffles found in the Istria region of western Croatia, one of the most truffle-rich regions in the world. The presence of a truffle shaving in a bottle of extra virgin olive oil creates an incredible flavour and only a very small quantity needs to be used on dishes. This oil really elevates the flavour of sea food risotto or pasta, eggs Benedict or scrambled eggs, steak or even mashed potatoes.
